my story

Amypanda is me, Amy Wilson! I live in lovely Otley, West Yorkshire. I'm the designer and maker of hand embroidered badges, mirrors, buttons and brooches. I make badges decorated with the things I love - flowers, plants, bicycles, birds and bright block colours.

My botanical embroidery and hand sewn birds are all influenced by glorious Yorkshire countryside - I love nothing more than a stomp in the woods with my kid or a long afternoon on my allotment!

I also want to be part of a movement of makers promoting handmade ethical consumption. I use eco-fi which is a felt material made from recycled plastic bottles. I hope that although my work is mostly very small and affordable it can be appreciated as delicate craftmanship, and be treasured as gifts for years to come.
